Laura's interest in equestrian photography began primarily with horses. Having been introduced to horses at an early age she was bitten by the bug and went on to own and compete on a couple of horses of her own.
As lives change directions shift and soon a love of photography and a new job meant that riding was put on the back burner. After studying photography in yr12 in 2002 she was bitten by a new bug and commenced on a new journey. As luck would have it and a bit of 'being in the right place at the right time' in 2003 Laura was offered a contract position at the:
Mt Barker Courier Newspaper as a saturday sports photographer, a job which she still enjoys today.
After a small break from horse events in 2006, Laura is back on the job with a new website, and hopefully an exciting year ahead.
